International Risk Group announces Davis B. Reinhart joins as President of IRG Assumptions, LLC

Littleton, CO - November 1, 2004 - International Risk Group announced today that Davis B. Reinhart, P.E. has been promoted to President of IRG Assumptions, LLC. Prior to joining International Risk Group in 2003, Davis was the Director of Development for the Lowry Redevelopment Authority. In that role was he was responsible for integrating the development program with the real estate sales, building demolition and environmental clean up for one of the most economically successful conversions of a former United States Air Force base.

Davis replaces Mikkel Anderson, P.E., one of the founding Members who has been promoted to Chief Technical Officer of International Risk Group, LLC. According to Mr. Anderson, "We are very pleased that Davis has accepted this challenge and look forward to his considerable management talents being brought to bear on our growing portfolio of assets."

Davis has 20 plus years of experience in management of design and construction of both Public and Private sector development projects. Davis holds a Professional Engineering License in Maryland and Colorado as well a Class A contractors license in Colorado.
